
My Story
My passion for discovery and creation has been the foundation of my career. From an early age, I was driven by the idea of building relationships and creating projects that bring people together.
With a Bachelor's in Foreign Languages and a Master's in Cultural Organization Management, I have gained valuable experience across sectors like tourism, associations, the public sector, and private companies. These roles honed my communication and project management skills—two constants in my professional journey. With a growing desire for freedom and creativity, I founded Pauluce Studio&Com to express my multidisciplinary talents and help clients achieve their communication goals through authentic engagement. To enhance my storytelling capabilities, I trained in video editing, a powerful tool for captivating audiences and conveying emotions.
Some highlights of my work include collaborating with the theater troupe Le Collectif NOX at the Avignon Festival, where I developed a strategy that included actor interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, teasers, and vlogs, leading to sold-out shows and new theater contracts. More recently, I revamped the Instagram feed of Zou Nail’s, creating a cohesive brand image through a defined color palette, recurring weekly post types, and community engagement via beauty tips. I also filmed and edited a promotional video for Mike’s Fancy Cheese and Coffee and Heroes in Belfast, showcasing the ambiance and quality of their products.
Additionally, I provided comprehensive communication strategy support for a therapist, covering visual identity creation, Facebook page setup, flyer design, and an online-booking-enabled website.
​At the end of 2024, I had the opportunity to capture two unique Christmas markets. The first, organized by Melted Parents, aimed to highlight local creators and parents, celebrating their creativity and work in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The second, a Green Market, focused on promoting creators committed to sustainable and local practices. These experiences allowed me to showcase meaningful initiatives and reflect values that are close to my heart: humanity, creativity, and dedication to impactful causes
My vision for 2025
As we step into this new year, 2025, my goal is to support more creators in their communication journey, helping them gain visibility by telling their stories and showcasing their products—all while maintaining a close connection and prioritizing the human aspect.

In this approach, I aim to further develop the project and event management side of my work to help my clients grow. At the same time, I plan to organize my own events, inspired by the spiritual and well-being path I began exploring last year. Because everything starts with ourselves, and it’s essential to prioritize our own well-being before embarking on any project.
